Easter

We spent Easter in Virgina with Thomas' mom and dad. Cody participated in the church egg hunt. I wasn't sure how he'd do at a new church and with all the new kids, but he went to Bible class without any problem and he sat with the other kids while waiting for the eggs to be hidden.

A Beautiful Day

It was a beautiful weekend here. We went to the beach and enjoyed the weather.

Cody didn't want to get near the water at first, but Thomas took his hand and ran with him into the shallow waves. The water is still very cold, but Cody enjoyed it.
I love this picture of Cody.

I'm a zebra!

Cody was coloring with his markers today. I was in the kitchen and he came in and said "Look Mama, I'm a zebra!" He drew stripes all over his tummy and his back! He sure is creative. I'm just glad he didn't get ahold of Noah. He loves to pretend that Noah is his baby zebra. Just think how poor Noah would have looked!

Grandma and Aunt Robin come to visit

Grandma Doran and Aunt Robin came to visit today. Robin is 21 weeks pregnant (with twins!) and we had fun looking at baby things while she registered at Target. She's doing great! Grandma had a good time with the boys.

The Airplane

My boys did great traveling on the plane. I was very concerned about how I'd travel by myself with two little ones. But Noah slept most of the way and Cody played and looked at all the airplane magazines. He had a lot of questions about how airplanes fly! Of course, I don't really know how or why they get off the ground either so that was fun to try and explain. Anyway, they were great and we had an extra seat for Noah going to Phx and coming home. I couldn't have asked for a better flight!

Future Artists

Cody and his cousin Amber went to a pottery painting place while we were in Phoenix and enjoyed being artists-as well as making a mess! And yeah, the moms had fun too!
Grandma Peggy enjoyed the baby-time.
